INTRODUCING THE

Vossen's all-new Hybrid Forged™ wheel, the HF-4T, is crafted from its forged counterpart, the M-X4T. With a multi-layered complexity and twisted directional design, the HF-4T is available in 2 standard finishes and 9 custom finishes.

The Custom Blank Program utilizes our Robot Cell and allows for any of the Hybrid Forged offerings to have personalized fitments and bolt patterns, specific to any 5-lug vehicle make or model.

STEP 1

A cast wheel is mounted to the flow forming drum and heat is applied.

STEP 2

Hydraulic rollers stretch the wheel by applying pressure to to the barrel.

STEP 3

The wheel’s material is stretched and compressed to achieve the desired width.

STEP 4

Stretching the barrel material improves the grain structure of the aluminum, making a stronger and lighter barrel, similar to a forged wheel.

Utilizing Vossen’s state-of-the-art forged wheel factory and engineering team, the HF-4T can be customized to nearly any 5-lug bolt pattern and a wide range of offsets, allowing for the perfect fitment for almost any car on the market.

The Vossen Forged factory has a state-of-the-art finishing facility, allowing for 9 additional custom finishing options for any set of Vossen Hybrid Forged, CV or VF Series wheels.
